SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (7 am to 4 pm EST). Most orders will ship the same day when placed by 1 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) on a regular business day.

Orders placed after 12 noon EST on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day (after the weekend or holiday).

Please note that orders placed using Overnight Shipping must be placed by 10 am EST for same-day processing with this shipping method.(call our office)

Shipping during peak time may be delayed, and Global Nutrition is not responsible for shipping/delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

For your protection and ours, it's important to be sure that credit cards are being used by their rightful owners. As a first time customer, it's possible that we may need additional information to verify that you are the account holder. Our customer service team will request additional information if needed. Standard Overnight

Next Business Day Delivery by 3 pm to most locations*. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders must be placed by 10 am EST for same-day processing with overnight shipping.

* Residential and remote/rural locations may take additional time for delivery, allow until 8 pm for overnight delivery to remote locations.

Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfilment due to weekends or holidays. For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with 2 Day Shipping.
